Violence, Terrorism and Teachings of Islam indicates that the incidents of global terrorism in the last decade of the past century earned the notoriety of being a faith of violence and terrorism for Islam. This is owing to the fact that most of the perpetrators happen to be Muslims. Ironically not only Western scholars but the Muslims themselves portray that in Islam it is allowed to kill non-combatants and as an ayah in the Quran irhab (terrorism) so dicates.
